Agent Cost Reporting¶

Consolidated, on-demand, point-in-time cost and consumption evidence report for AI agents across Azure Cost Management, Microsoft Graph, the Power Platform API, and Purview audit logs. Decoupled ingestion to a normalized cost-fact dataset rendered as a self-contained HTML evidence artifact.

Prerequisites¶

Role	Requirement
`azure-cost-reader`	Cost Management Reader on the Azure subscriptions linked to Power Platform pay-as-you-go billing policies, for Azure Cost Management cost queries.
`power-platform-admin`	Power Platform Admin to register a service principal with a Power Platform RBAC role (Reader) for the billing-policy and environment join (Power Platform API is delegated-only; managed identity is not supported).
`m365-reports-reader`	Microsoft Graph app registration with Reports.Read.All and Organization.Read.All for Microsoft 365 Copilot usage reports and license inventory.
`purview-compliance-admin`	Purview Compliance Admin with AuditLogsQuery.Read.All for the optional (beta) Copilot audit-interaction usage enrichment.
`billing-admin`	Microsoft 365 Billing Admin to export the per-agent Copilot Credits CSV (manual placeholder; no supported API egress today).

Verification¶

Run the collectors and confirm cost_facts.jsonl, manifest.json, and sha256.txt are produced and that the HTML evidence report renders offline with the per-surface freshness table and control-limitation banner.
