Step-by-Step Configuration
Step 1: Access the Monitor Section
- Sign in to Power Platform Admin Center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com)
- Navigate to Monitor in the left navigation
- Review the available sub-sections:
- Overview - Platform health summary
- Alerts (Preview) - Alert rules and notifications
- Logs - Activity and error logs
- Copilot Studio - Agent-specific metrics
Step 2: Review Monitor Overview
- Click Overview to see the platform health summary
- Review the summary cards showing key metrics
- Note any custom alerts that have been configured
- Use product links to drill down into specific areas
- Navigate to Monitor > Alerts
- Review the pre-built Microsoft alert rules:

- Enable each relevant pre-built rule by clicking the rule and toggling Enabled
- Configure notification recipients for each rule
Step 4: Create Custom Alert Rules
- In the Alerts section, click + New alert rule
- Configure the alert for FSI requirements:
- Name:
Zone 3 Agent Success Rate Below 95%
- Condition: Agent success rate drops below 95%
- Scope: Enterprise managed agents only
- Severity: Critical
- Set notification recipients:
- Operations team email
- Teams channel (if configured)
- SMS for critical alerts
- Configure response SLA expectations
- Click Save to create the rule

Step 5: Access Copilot Studio Dashboard
- Navigate to Monitor > Copilot Studio
- Review agent health metrics:

- Click Save
