- Steps:

- Verify executive sponsor has reviewed and approved the plan
- Confirm the plan aligns with the phased deployment schedule
- Expected Result: Complete, approved change management plan on file
- Evidence: Signed change management plan document
Test 2: Communication Effectiveness
- Objective: Verify Copilot deployment communications reached target audiences
- Steps:
- Review communication distribution records (emails, intranet posts, town halls)
- Survey a sample of 20 Copilot users on communication awareness
- Verify at least 80% of surveyed users recall receiving deployment communications
- Confirm communications included data governance expectations
- Expected Result: At least 80% communication awareness among Copilot users

Test 3: Adoption Rate Tracking
- Objective: Verify adoption metrics are being tracked and meet targets
- Steps:
- Run PowerShell Script 1 to generate current adoption metrics
- Compare against the adoption targets in the change management plan
- Verify metrics are tracked at department level using Script 2
- Confirm adoption data is reported to governance committee
- Expected Result: Adoption metrics are tracked and reported; rates meet or exceed targets
- Evidence: Adoption metrics report and governance committee presentation
Test 4: Feedback Channel Functionality
- Objective: Confirm feedback channels are operational and monitored
- Steps:
- Submit a test feedback item through each configured channel
- Verify the feedback is received by the monitoring team
- Confirm the response SLA is being met
- Review feedback trends for governance-relevant patterns
- Expected Result: All feedback channels are operational with monitored response
